Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the online store operator and the buyer in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance selling and Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection.

The operator is not a VAT payer. All listed prices are final and do not include VAT.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
Orders can be placed via the e-shop at happyliferoute.com. By sending an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions. The contract is concluded by the operator confirming the order via email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in EUR and are final. The operator is not a VAT payer. Payment options:

- Payment gateways available at checkout
The operator reserves the right to change prices. The price displayed at the time of order is valid.
4. Delivery
We deliver goods within Slovakia and other EU countries. Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from order confirmation. The operator is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond their control.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Act No. 102/2014 Coll.). Send the withdrawal to: ceo@happyliferoute.com. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. The operator will return the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Complaints policy
The goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months. Submit your complaint to: ceo@happyliferoute.com or via our Complaints Form. The complaint will be processed within 30 days of its submission. In the case of an accepted complaint, the buyer has the right to repair, replacement, or a refund.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity:

8. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the legal system of the Slovak Republic. The operator reserves the right to change the terms. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
