Complaint Form
If you are dissatisfied with the goods or have received damaged or faulty goods, you have the right to claim a complaint. The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the receipt of the goods.
How to file a complaint
To file a complaint, send an email to ceo@happyliferoute.com
Please include the following in your message:
- Order number (you can find it in the confirmation email)
- First and last name
- Contact email and phone number
- Name of the claimed goods
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the defect as an email attachment
- Requested resolution method – repair, replacement, or refund
Complaint procedure
- Send an email with the filled-in details and photos
- We will contact you within 3 business days to confirm receipt
- The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of its application
- We will inform you about the outcome by email
Return of goods
If the complaint is accepted and the goods need to be returned, we will send you shipping instructions. We cover shipping costs for accepted complaints.
